He is an active participant in the sustainable building movement, contributing to the design, construction, and maintenance of buildings that achieve long-term performance, save energy, maximize resources, reduce emissions, and establish healthier environments for their occupants and the community. 

In the manufacturing sector, Mr. Wolford’s particular expertise is with product development, technical services, personnel management, marketing & sales support of roofing/waterproofing systems, substrate components for all other intrinsic materials associated with the respective membrane systems.
