Ken’s expertise and credentials are as a leader in the commercial roofing, waterproofing & building envelope field. He is an active participant in the sustainable building movement, contributing to the design, construction, and maintenance of buildings that achieve long-term performance, save energy, maximize resources, reduce emissions, and establish healthier environments for their occupants and the community.
In the manufacturing sector, Mr. Wolford’s particular expertise is with product development, technical services, personnel management, marketing & sales support of roofing/waterproofing systems, substrate components for all other intrinsic materials associated with the respective membrane systems. Ken’s range of management activities include the commercialization of new roofing & waterproofing systems, procurement of commercial goods, acquisition of code approvals, sustainability certifications, and promotion of roofing & waterproofing solutions to contractors, building owners, architects, envelope consultants and specifiers. Ken places a strong emphasis on customer service with the ability to quickly evaluate business issues as well as design & installation challenges, and implement an appropriate resolution.
